The bis(pyrene)-Lys-Leu-Val-Phe-Phe-Gly-poly ethylene glycol (BP-KLVFFG-PEG) based nanoparticles capture Aβ42 by recognition and co-assembly, the length of PEG chain in which leads to different morphologies of coassemblies and capture efficiency. 透明质酸(Hyaluronic acid, HA)是一种天然多糖,具有良好的生物相容性和生物降解性,利用 HA 构建的纳米载体自身就具有肿瘤靶向功能,可以作为抗癌药物载体将药物传递到肿瘤细胞内从而实现精准到达病患处。近年来透明质酸在应用于肿瘤靶向给药系统中的关注越来越多,成为了靶向治疗肿瘤的一大研究热点。基于透明质酸的基本特性和肿瘤靶向的生理学基础,在不同的刺激响应下,透明质酸型纳米给药系统能将药物集中释放于肿瘤的微环境内,更好地杀死肿瘤细胞,同时避免其他正常的组织受到药物损害。本文主要综述了透明质酸型纳米药物输送系统在各种刺激响应下释放药物的最新研究进展。  相似文献

There is a compelling need to experimentally understand solder joint deformation behavior at high temperatures over an extended period of time. Accordingly, the deformation behavior of solder joints in a Ceramic Ball Grid Array (CBGA) package mounted on an organic FR4 board under extended dwell time at a high temperature has been studied using laser moiré interferometry. The warpage and the in-plane horizontal deformation of the ceramic substrate and the organic board as a function of time were determined. The variation of the normal strains and shear strains in the solder joints with time were also investigated. It was found that increased sensitivity was necessary to accurately determine the strains in the small sized solder joints. A new method utilizing carrier fringes to increase the sensitivity of the moiré interferometry system is proposed and has been used to determine the strains in the small sized solder joints. Increased sensitivity can be obtained merely by changing the incident angle of the laser light on the surface of the specimen, thereby making it unnecessary to use expensive phase shifting apparatus with the traditional laser moiré system.  相似文献

We investigate different gain characteristics observed on quantum well infrared photodetectors (QWIPs) fabricated with various material systems, and the effects of barrier material properties on the device characteristics through detailed ensemble Monte Carlo simulations. When the energy spacing between the central and satellite valleys is increased, the improvement in the excited electron lifetime is found to be much stronger than that in the average electron velocity in the device. According to our results, relatively high gain observed in InP/In0.53Ga0.47As QWIPs under large bias is not due to the higher mobility in InP as suggested earlier; it can mainly be attributed to higher excited electron lifetime as a result of relatively large Γ–L energy spacing. We discuss the details of the fast part of the Al0.3Ga0.7As/GaAs QWIP transient photoresponse, which exhibits three regions with different decay characteristics under a short pulse of radiation. The duration of the final region, during which the electrons excited near the emitter are extracted from the collector, is observed to be considerably long due to the dispersion of the photoelectrons. The photoresponse time rapidly decreases with increasing bias under low bias, and nearly saturates at 10 ps under large bias being 40% larger than the average transit time estimated by dividing the device length to the average steady-state electron velocity in device. We also investigate the effects of the interface reflections on the photoresponse time.  相似文献

In this paper we describe two different kind of optoelectronic devices both based on a three terminals active device and exploit the plasma dispersion effect to achieve the desired working. The first device exploits this effect in order to obtain an optical modulation. The second device is an optoelectronic router based on the mode-mixing principle together with the injection-induced optical phase shift. Both devices are integrated into a Silicon on Silicon optical channel waveguide which can be realized using a standard bipolar process. The possibility of using standard, well-known technology presents several advantages with respect to III–V Optoelectronics. The active three terminal device used is a Bipolar Mode Field Effect Transistor (BMFET). Numerical simulation results are presented on both devices.  相似文献

We have investigated the influence of vicinal GaAs substrates on the optical and electronic properties of InGaAs/GaAs quantum wells (QWs). A single In0.10Ga0.90As QW was grown by molecular-beam epitaxy on a vicinal GaAs(0 0 1) substrate with a miscut angle of 0° (nominal), 2°, 4° and 6° towards [1 1 0]. The carrier diffusion was obtained by a micro-photoluminescence scan technique that permits to observe the effective diffusion length characterized by the lateral spread of carriers in the QW followed by radiative recombination. The carrier diffusion length was obtained parallel (L||) and perpendicular (L) to the atomic steps. The diffusion length decreases as the temperature increases up to 100 K. Above this temperature we found different behaviours that depend on the sample miscut angle.  相似文献

Carrier mediated transport of bilirubin, biliverdin, their dimethylesters and aetiobiliverdin-IV- is measured using a variety of potential carriers like proteins, peptides, tensides and -cyclodextrin in a bulk membrane model. A strong dependence of the transport flux densities on structural details of the carriers as well as of the bile pigments themselves is observed.

The vicosity-temperature relationship of the three gases (helium, nitrogen and hydrogen) most frequenly used as the carrier gas in gas chromatography is studied. Based on available data, equaitions are derived to describe this relationship.
